# Platform capabilities

> What your Mini App can and cannot do inside the Startale App iframe: downloads, sharing, camera, clipboard, storage, and more.

Your Mini App runs in a sandboxed cross-origin iframe. Some capabilities come from the host through the SDK, others are standard web APIs the host allows on the iframe. Use this page to check what is available.

## Preview and production can differ

The [developer preview](/miniapps/testing#preview) uses a narrower policy than the production catalogue: `navigator.share()` is not granted there. See [Iframe environment](/miniapps/capabilities/iframe-environment#preview-versus-catalogue).
